The festival cart motif is painted on different media from golden screens to Ukiyo-e, and becomes fully popularized as an attractive motif of good luck.

Small two-panel screen depicting a gorgeous festival cart called "Hanaguruma". The lacquered cart is richly decorated with peonies, irises, wisteria and other flowers, are beautifully done in deep antique gold.

 

Today, many representative works exist and are displayed at the Tokyo National Museum, Nagoya Castle Museum, and Shinsho Gokurakuji Temple and so on.

Kleiner zwei-Panel Byobu mit einen herrlichen Festwagen  "Hanaguruma" als Motiv. Der lackierte alte Wagen ist reich verziert mit Pfingstrosen, Schwertlilien, Glyzinien und anderen Blumen, wunderschön in tiefem Antikgold gearbeitet.

 

Heute gibt es viele repräsentative Werke, die u. a. im Tokyo National Museum, im Nagoya Castle Museum, im Shinsho-Gokurakuji Temple  ausgestellt sind.
