An exquisite pair of teacups (Kyō-/Kiyomizu-yaki), crafted at the traditional Touan-gama pottery workshop in Kyoto.
The Touan workshop is renowned for its outstanding designs and masterfully painted floral and plant motifs. This piece captivates with its typical Touan colour scheme: red and white plum blossoms shine on white glaze, finely accented with gold—a festive and auspicious design.
The two teacups (marriage/partner set) come in an elegant wooden box and are perfect as gifts.

Die Werkstatt Touan ist bekannt für ihre herausragenden Zeichnungen und meisterhaft gemalten Blumen- und Pflanzenmotive. Dieses Werk besticht durch die für Touan typische Farbgebung: Auf weißer Glasur erstrahlen rote und weiße Pflaumenblüten, fein mit Gold akzentuiert – ein festliches und glücksverheißendes Design.
Die beiden Teetassen (Ehe-/Partner-Set) werden in einer edlen Holzbox geliefert und eignen sich perfekt als Geschenk.
