【 MIZORE (Sleety) finish 】
The finish of glass surface looks like an ordinary frosting but it's not the one. It's made by the special technology by ADERIA, called "Mizore (sleety) finishing" which is more glittering and also prevents glass surface from getting fingerprints.

ADERIA, is a brand of a long established Japanese company "Ishizuka Glass Co. Ltd.", specialized for the glass houseware.
The brand name comes from the name of Adriatic Sea, known as one of the birthplace of the glass, started in Japan as a manufacturer of glass bottles in 1819 (Celebrating 200 years as a pioneer of glass products on December 2019!).
In the 1960s they started producing glass tableware and comes the brand “ADERIA” Since then, they have produced long life design glass tableware.

located in Gifu Prefecture, is top share market of Masu in Japan, also a major manufacturing center of Hinoki (cypress) lumber.
*2)『松尾芭蕉』Matsuo Basho (1644 - 1694 ):
He was the most famous poet of the Edo period in Japan. Today, Basho is known worldwide for his clear, piercing Haiku poets. Ogaki city was the final destination in 1689 of Basho's epic journey to the northeast of Japan related in "Oku no Hosomichi" ("The Narrow Road to the deep North").
*3)『大垣城 』Ōgaki Castle:
Symbol of the Ogaki city, built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in 1585. The castle was designated a National Treasure in 1936. It was destroyed by fire, however, in the air raids of 1945 during WWII. The existing donjon was rebuilt in 1959.
*4)『住吉灯台と芭蕉の句』Sumiyoshi Lighthouse and Basho's Haiku-Phrase:
The Sumiyoshi Lighthouse in Ōgaki stands today as a testament to the history behind the Suimon-River, which connected Ise city and Ōgaki during the Edo Period. The Basho's Haiku-Phrase appears what kinds of memories recurred to his mind.:
"蛤のふたみにわかれ行く秋ぞ" - hamaguri no / futami ni wakare / yuku aki zo -
“Sadly, I part from you / Like a clam torn from its shell / I go, the autumn too.”
Ohashi Ryoki, a company specialized for over 60 years in the manufacturing of traditional hand-crafted Masu cups.
It is located in Ogaki city, Gifu Prefecture, which accounts for about 80% of the production of masu cups in Japan,
also a major manufacturing center of Hinoki (cypress) lumber.
They developed a range of contemporary products inspired by masu cups made of Japanese Hinoki cypress.
This allows us to offer traditional masu cups as well as modern products such as the Eco humidifier,
colored or variant formed masu cups.
